Frequently asked questions
What happens when the trial ends?
After 14 days you're charged your first subscription period. If you haven't added a card, invoice creation is paused until you subscribe — no bookings are lost.
Is there a free tier?
No. There's a 14-day free trial with full access. After that, a subscription is required. This keeps the product simple and the support load manageable.
Do prices include tax?
No. All prices are exclusive of tax. Applicable taxes (GST, VAT) are calculated and collected at checkout by Stripe Tax based on your location.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
What if I have multiple Cal.com accounts?
Each Conduit account connects to one Cal.com webhook and one Xero organisation. For multiple accounts, you'd need multiple Conduit subscriptions.
What Cal.com plan do I need?
You need a Cal.com plan that supports paid bookings (Stripe integration). This requires Cal.com's paid plans.
