Draft invoices, not authorised ones
Xero's Zapier integration can create invoices but can't approve them. Your accountant still needs to authorise each one — defeating the purpose of automation.
Contact matching is broken
Zapier can't look up an existing Xero contact by email. If the contact already exists, you get a duplicate. If it doesn't, the zap fails. Either way, your books are wrong.
