Authorise Xero
Click the Xero OAuth button. Conduit gets read/write access to your Xero organisation and stores your tokens securely.
Set your tax type
Choose your Xero tax type once — OUTPUT2 for NZ GST, TAX001 for UK VAT, or NONE for tax-exempt. Applied to every invoice from then on.

Common questions
- Does it work with all Cal.com paid event types?
- Yes. Any event type that accepts payment via Stripe triggers the BOOKING_PAID webhook, and Conduit handles it automatically.
- What if I use multiple Xero tax types for different clients?
- Currently Conduit applies a single default tax type. Per-event-type tax configuration is on the roadmap.
- Can I use it if I'm not in New Zealand?
- Yes — Conduit works with any Xero region. NZ, AU, UK, US, and global organisations are all supported.
- What happens if a Xero contact already exists?
- Conduit matches on email address. If a contact with that email already exists in Xero, the invoice is raised against that contact. No duplicates.
